Hand-cut stippling, precision slide milling, and museum-grade Cerakote. Every framework is built to a single standard — yours — and finished to last a lifetime.

Black Beard Frameworks began at a single bench with a soldering iron and an unwillingness to accept “good enough.” Every grip is stippled by hand, every slide milled to the thousandth, every finish laid down in a controlled booth and cured to spec.
We do not batch. We do not rush. A firearm that leaves our shop is a singular object — engineered for the range, dressed for the safe, and built to outlive the trends.
No CNC shortcuts on texture. Every dimple is placed under magnification.
Aerospace-grade ceramic coatings that resist wear, solvents, and time.

02Booth-applied ceramic coatings in solids, fades, and multi-layer camo. Cured to spec for a finish that resists holster wear, solvents, and years of carry.
03Optic cuts, windows, serrations, and lightening ports machined to the thousandth. Function-first geometry that also happens to look extraordinary.
04A blank canvas taken end to end — frame, slide, optics, light, and matched accessories delivered as one cohesive, signature framework.

Commissioning a framework is a considered process. Here is how a firearm moves from your idea to a finished piece.
We sit down with your platform and your intent — carry, competition, or collection — and design a framework around how you actually run the gun.
Textures, milling geometry, and finish are rendered and confirmed before a single tool touches your firearm. Nothing is left to chance.
Stippling is cut by hand, slides are milled to spec, and every surface is prepped for coating under magnification and quality control.
Ceramic coating is applied in a controlled booth, cured, reassembled, function-tested, and returned with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
This is not a form — it is the first stroke of your commission. Share the platform you carry and the vision you hold for it, and a craftsman will personally reach out within two business days to shape the details with you.
